Backstage-parking lot
Like in the past, it is necessary to have a parking ticket, if you want to park on the backstage-parking ground. There's only a limited amount of tickets available in advance (and they are only available in advance!), so if you need one, you have to be quick. (up)

Backstage- / VIP-camping ground
We don't have a backstage- / VIP-camping ground, so if you want to camp during the weekend, you can get a camping ticket for the regular camping ground directly from us in advance. The camping tickets cost 20.- Euro per person (including 10.- trash deposit) and another 10.- Euro per vehicle. VIP-pass (press)
It is possible to receive two VIP-passes per medium.

But it is as well possible to receive exchange tickets. The exchange ticket can be exchanged into a pass at the pass container together with a normal festival ticket. Passes can only be received after showing the ID and signing for it. We reserve the right to decide if we accept accreditations or not and if we assign exchange tickets.

You are allowed to enter the VIP- / press-tent with carrying a VIP-pass. You are NOT allowed to enter the backstage area or stage!

Print media
If you want to receive a pass we need a copy of your magazine with the article of last years festival or an announcement for this years festival.

Webzines
We need links, screenshots or / and any kind of other prove for a cover of the Bang Your Head!!! festival during the last year(s), either as e-mail, print of file on CD.

Attention: Due to the fact that the webzine scene is growing from day to day, we decided to change the rules compared to last year: Bigger and well known webzines will be treated like the 'normal' print media, while smaller and unknown webzines can't expect a positive accreditation. We reserve the right to decide if we accept the accreditation or not. The assignment of exchange tickets is possible.

Radio- and TV-stations
Radio stations: Please send us the tapes or CDs with the cover(s) of the Bang Your Head!!! festival.
TV stations: You can send us the shows either on DVD or V-CD.

VIP-pass (labels, others)
Labels, freelancers etc. that don't have a band playing on this years edition of Bang Your Head!!! festival can't expect a positive accreditation. We reserve the right to decide if we accept the accreditation or not. The assignment of exchange tickets is possible.

Labels that have one or more bands playing on this years Bang Your Head!!! festival will receive a free amount of VIP-passes. If you need more passes, you have the chance to receive some exchange tickets. (up)

Ticket counter
Passes can be picked up at the ticket counter (located at the backstage parking entrance) during the following times:
Thursday:   02.00 PM - 09.00 PM
Friday:   08.00 AM - 09.00 PM
Saturday:   08.00 AM - 06.00 PM (up)

Photo passes and filming permissions
Please do not forget to ask for a photo pass in advance. We only have a limited amount of photo passes available. TV stations, film crews, etc. must get their filming permission for every band from the record label / management etc. in advance. Please send us the permissions in advance, that we have an overview about all the filming. You also have to carry the permissions with you during the festival and you have to show it, when it's demanded by someone of the security staff or the festival team.

It is very common, that you are allowed to take pictures / film during the first three songs of the sets. If a band / management / label wants another handling, we will let you know. Please accept the wish of the band / management / record company and follow the instructions of our security staff and / or our press manager. Thanks a lot! (up)

Interviews, photo sessions and more
If you want to do interviews, photo sessions etc. you have to check the dates and meeting points with the labels directly. We will only take care of the unsigned bands. If you want to do something with an unsigned band, feel free to get in touch with us via e-mail (jagger@heavy-mag.com) to arrange a date. (up)
